Why dont we get what we pay for?

Where is the "restore purchases" button? I made some great scores, spent a lot of time and money on my last app. I was hoping I could transfer my scores, coins, drivers and powers to my new iPhone 5, but it looks like its not going to happen. So Ill just keep playing this game on my iPhone 4 until that breaks (the phone or the game, itself...whichever comes first), then Ill just move on to another app.

They say, "You get what you pay for". [sigh] If that was only true, Id be a happy camper.
